Vegetarian Lasagne with Tomato and Basil Sauce

A vegetarian lasagne made with Homepride Tomato and Basil Sauce and vegetarian mince

  • 350g Vegetarian mince
  • 1000g Homepride creamy tomato sauce
  • 6 sheets lasagne
  • 550ml B├ęchamel sauce
  • 50g cheese, grated


  1. Combine vegetarian mince with Homepride sauce.
  2. Spread half of the vegetarian mince mixture over the bottom of the serving dish. Cover with a layer of lasagne.
  3. Repeat with a layer of the remaining vegetarian mince and top with the lasagne.
  4. Cover the lasagne with a layer of B├ęchamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake at Gas mark 6 /200 C for 25 - 30 mins
