Vegetarian Lasagne with Tomato and Basil Sauce
A vegetarian lasagne made with Homepride Tomato and Basil Sauce and vegetarian mince

- 350g Vegetarian mince
- 1000g Homepride creamy tomato sauce
- 6 sheets lasagne
- 550ml Béchamel sauce
- 50g cheese, grated
- Combine vegetarian mince with Homepride sauce.
- Spread half of the vegetarian mince mixture over the bottom of the serving dish. Cover with a layer of lasagne.
- Repeat with a layer of the remaining vegetarian mince and top with the lasagne.
- Cover the lasagne with a layer of Béchamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at Gas mark 6 /200 C for 25 - 30 mins
