750g McDougalls Flapjack Mix
225g dried apricots, roughly chopped
75g mixed glace cherries, chopped
50g pumpkin seeds
Place the McDougalls Flapjack Mix, apricots, cherries and pumpkin seeds in a bowl fitted with a beater. Blend in the water on slow speed and mix for about 15 seconds until the mix is moist. Do not over mix
Press into a greased 25cm x 20cm (10in x 8in) tin.
Bake at 170°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3 for 30 minutes or until light golden brown around the edges.
Cool slightly and cut into bars
For an indulgent Christmas idea, decorate the bars with a little icing made up with apple juice. For variety add any combination of dried fruits.
