Ingredients

  • 850g Ambrosia creamed rice (2 x 425g cans)
  • Mango Coulis

Method

  1. Divide the rice pudding between four serving dishes.
  2. Top each pudding with a thick layer of mango coulis. Chill before serving

Additional Tips

As an alternative serve the rice pudding hot. For added flavour and texture stir some canned or fresh mango through the rice.
