- 125g Smash
- 75g Paxo Stuffing
- 400ml Boiling water
- 50ml Double cream
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- In a bowl, mix together the Smash and Paxo Stuffing then pour over the water and mix until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
- Add the cream and eggs and season to taste.
- Roll the mixture into 40g balls.
- Deep fry at 170°C until golden brown and serve.
