Sweet & Sour Salmon Noodle Salad
Salmon salad with Sharwood’s fine noodles, bound with Sharwood’s sweet and sour dressing.

- 400g Sharwood's Sweet & Sour Sauce
- 20g Sesame Oil
- 20g Soy Sauce
- 10g Lime Juice
- 2kg Sharwood's Egg Noodles (cooked, refreshed and lightly oiled)
- 600g Cooked Salmon (seasoned and flaked)
- Salt & Black Pepper
- Coriander & Lime for Garnish
- Mix the Sweet & Sour Sauce with the soy, sesame oil and lime juice
- Gently mix the salmon and noodles and season
- Dress with the sauce, garnish with chopped coriander and serve on lettuce leaves.
