- 1kg Chicken Breast - 30mm dice
- 50ml Sunflower Oil
- 30g Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 1.25kg Sharwood's Tikka Sauce
- 150g Spinach
- Stir fry the chicken, in the oil until golden brown.
- Add the Tikka sauce and the cherry tomatoes.
- Bring to a simmer and cook the chicken.
- Add the spinach and stir through.
- Serve with Basmati rice.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with Sharwood's Mango Chutney.
