Sharwood’s Chicken Tikka Masala

Sharwood’s Tikka Masala with Chicken Breast, Cherry Tomatoes and Spinach. Served with Basmati Rice,

  • 1kg Chicken Breast - 30mm dice
  • 50ml Sunflower Oil
  • 30g Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 1.25kg Sharwood's¬†Tikka Sauce
  • 150g Spinach


  1. Stir fry the chicken, in the oil until golden brown.
  2. Add the Tikka sauce and the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Bring to a simmer and cook the chicken.
  4. Add the spinach and stir through.
  5. Serve with Basmati rice.

Additional Tips

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with Sharwood's Mango Chutney.
