Lamb Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3600g Lamb Shoulder - 30mm Dice
  • 2g Cracked black pepper
  • 2g Paprika
  • 10g Flour
  • 10ml Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1000ml Water
  • 20g Bisto beef bouillon
  • 400g Onion - 10mm dice
  • 400g Carrot - 10mm dice
  • 400g Swede - 10mm dice

Method

  1. Combine the pepper, paprika and flour. Rub all sides of meat with the spice mixture
  2. Make the beef bouillon as per instructions on pack
  3. In an oven able dish, combine seasoned Lamb with the onion and bouillon
  4. Cover and cook on the stove on a low heat for 2 hours or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally
  5. Add the carrots, then 5 minutes later the swede and continue cooking
