- 50ml Sunflower Oil
- 450g Mange Tout
- 450g Baby Corn
- 450g Bean sprouts
- 225g Spring Onions
- 450g Peppers
- 800g Sharwood's Honey and Ginger Sauce
- 50g Sesame Seeds - Toasted
- Heat oil in a pre-heated wok.
- Stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes.
- Stir in sauce and heat through gently
Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve as a main course with rice / noodles or as a side dish
