  • 50ml Sunflower Oil
  • 450g Mange Tout
  • 450g Baby Corn
  • 450g Bean sprouts
  • 225g Spring Onions
  • 450g Peppers
  • 800g Sharwood's Honey and Ginger Sauce
  • 50g Sesame Seeds - Toasted


  1. Heat oil in a pre-heated wok.
  2. Stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in sauce and heat through gently

Additional Tips

Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve as a main course with rice / noodles or as a side dish
