Curried Quorn Wraps (Hand Held Snack)

350g Quorn pieces

10ml Vegetable oil

2Q tbsp Mayonnaise

1Q tbsp Mango Chutney

250g Homepride Curry sauce

300g Iceburg lettuce, shredded

200g Tomatoes, diced

200g Cucumber, diced

10Q 40g wraps


Heat the oil in a pan and add the Quorn pieces and stir fry for 5 minutes Remove from the pan and cool.

Mix together the mayonnaise, mango chutney, Homepride curry sauce and Quorn pieces.

Divide Quorn mixture between the wraps and top each with lettuce, tomato and cucumber.

Roll up and serve chilled.

Additional Tips

Use the topping as a baked potato filling or add some cooked pasta to make a tasty pasta salad. As an alternative to a mayonnaise add some low fat natural yoghurt.
