Black Forest Trifle
Chocolate Swiss roll topped with fruits of the forest couilis and Ambrosia Custard

- 4Q Thick slices of chocolate Swiss roll
- 1Q 1/4 bottle fruits of the forest coulis
- 500g Carton ambrosia ready to serve custard
- 4Q Heaped tablespoons of extra thick cream
- 2Q Flakes (crumbled)
- Place the Swiss roll into the base of four individual serving dishes and top with the blackcurrant coulis.
- Pour 1/4 of a carton of custard over each bowl and top with a spoonful of cream.
- To serve sprinkle over some crushed flake.
