- 900g McDougalls Scone Mix
- 75g Demerara Sugar
- 2Q Eggs Beaten
- 400ml Cold Water
- 3 Bananas mashed
- Place the McDougalls Scone Mix and sugar into a bowl fitted with a beater or dough hook. Blend the eggs and water together. Blend in the liquid, bananas and walnuts. Do not overmix.
- Spoon the dough into a greased 25cm x 35cm (10 x 14) baking tin.
- Leave to stand for 15 minutes then bake at 200C/400F/Gas Mark 6 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked. For fan-assisted oven reduce temperature to 180C/375F/Gas Mark 5
