Aloo Gobi

Ideal as a side dish to Indian meals

  • 900g Sharwood's Balti Sauce
  • 575g Potatoes
  • 575g Cauliflower
  • 225g Onions
  • 3Q Cloves Garlic


  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into a 1 dice. Par boil until just tender. Drain well.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite sized florets and blanch in boiling water. Re-fresh and drain well.
  3. Fry the onions and garlic in a small amount of hot oil for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add the cauliflower, potatoes and Sharwood's Balti Sauce.
  5. Transfer to an oven proof dish and cook at 180C/350F/Gas 4 for 15 minutes.
