The guide provides profit sector chefs with top tips and costed recipe information, and to celebrate its launch, chefs can win a spa break for two at Ragdale Hall when they download the guide below.
With our research demonstrating that 55% of Mums prefer to eat out of home on Mother’s Day, the guide aims to highlight the significant sales opportunity presented by Mother’s Day and Easter within the foodservice channel.
